2008 =]

I guess this is also the year of ups and downs for me.
It wasn't too bad and it wasn't great either.

Hmmm.

I got in the class i wanted,
So I'm happy =]
And this year in class was really fun becos most of the time we were playing = ="
Also,
This year is also the first year that my class was actually co-operative and everyone in class blended and mixed with each other =D
Like last year,
My class is separated into lots of small groups =.="
It doesn't look like a class anymore,
And there's always ppl who dislike each other.

But this year,
This doesn't really happen and it's a great thing =]
And also,
We wont the Lagu Patriotik Competition =D
Thanks to everyone in our class who cooperates =]

Besides being in a great class.
I think the things I've achieved this year is also something that I've never accomplished in the past few years of my secondary school life =]
I got pose in Photography Club,
And later on,
Interact Club =]
And also the best club in the school,
Chinese Society =D

I'm very looking forward to the Chinese Society one because I know I'm gonna learn lots of stuffs.
The pose I got is one of the important roles i guess.
It's to organise events for Chinese Society.
And since Chinese Society is well-knowned for having great events,
I hope that I can keep up their good work and great record and I'll be able to organise an event greatly and succesfully =]
I believe i can do this job well.
I have tons of ideas in my mind now,
Just waiting for people to say "Yes."
I'll try my best to convince the upper ones of my ideas.
So,
I hope everyone will be looking forward to the events organised by Chinese Society also =D

Besides that,
I also achieved a great level and recognized by others in singing =D
This year,
I was invited to perform for most of the events organised by the school, Chinese Society etc.
To sing =D
And i also achieved a great result in the Chinese Singing Competition.
I managed to went into the finals.
And even though I didn't win during the finals,
It didn't matter to me.
Because I was complimented by someone else.
Someone who is in the music industry.
I don't need some stupid music centre's teachers and principal to acknwowledge me.
Someone in the music industry stands an even bigger place.
So the placing doesn't matter to me.
Because i know i have already won =D
When they are announcing the results and everyone was screaming for my name.
To be honest,
All i heard was my name,
I didn't heard anyone else's name.
So basicly,
That's already enough for me cos i know i'm already the champion in the audience's heart =D
I hope i can keep up the good work next year too =]

Besides the good things.
There're also bad things that happened =(
Like getting bad results in exam.
Teachers disliking me.
And also the one thing that i worked hard for a year.
Well not only this year..
I've also worked hard for it last year and finally,
I was given the chance to make it happen.
But in the end i lost it cos of them...

This year,
I worked hard again.
I really wanted it.
I told myself,
"Be prepared to lose the chance."

So i thought i won't have any feelings even if i lost it.

But as time passes..
The "be prepared" thought fades too.
I think I got confident that i'm able to obtain it.
It's not that i love fame or whatever.
To me,
That's the pride,
The trust ppl has in you.

And soon,
I was given an even better chance.
To be brought up to an even higher position.
Everyone thought I could obtain it.
Including the people who helped me and chose me.

But in the end...

.......

What happens last year happens again.
The new "them".
People who helped me lost power.
And the next thing I know,
I wasn't involved in anything.
I don't hate them.
Just...
I was expecting something.
But it just didn't come.
I'm not involved in anything so I'm feeling that the disappointment is gonna come again..
But..
I still kept my will strong,
I believe that I will obtain it.
The hardwork will NOT be wasted.

As time passes by.
It's still not announced yet.
It's being delayed.
And the truth is,
It has not been announced at all.
But it has been decided already.
One day in school.
I think it was the last day in school.
I finally found out..
I guess me and him is the only one who found out.
So basicly,
It's still not announced but we found out by accident..
I was disappointed.
I was sad.
I was upset..
I stood there looking at it.
Then i walked away.
I didn't want anyone to know that i was bothered.
So i walked to somewhere no one is and i stood there.
With the whole disappointed feel.
And I have to smile to everyone to pretend to be happy.
My heart's crippled by the vein,
That I keep on closing..

Anyways,
I tried to put that aside.
Try not to think about it.
And all of a sudden,
Another problem came.
The Genting Trip was postponed.
My mood was changed from sad to angry.
But i guess that's a good thing also ? = ="
I called so many people.
You have no idea.
I called Wei Tein,
Who's supposed to be in charge.
And then Leon, Jia Meng, Carolyn,
SO many people.
And I even called the travel agency =.="
And at last,
I had an idea of going to school to work things out with Puan Koh and ask her what's really happening.
Everyone supports me,
But all of them just supports me and they just waited at home for the results =.="
So basicly Leon was the only one who's willing to go with me and discussed bout what we're gonna say and all -.-
Sigh.
It was a total lost.
We don't even wanna care anymore.
Delay then delay lah,
Wait few more months won't die =.="

The outings this year was also fun =D
So are the school trips and events.
IU Day, Photography Competition, Singing Competition, Mooncake Festival, Class Sivik Project Trip,
It's really fun =]

Hope there's more trip next year.. xD
But I don't think it'll be possible becos it's SPM next year =(
><

So overall,
This year was average.
Which is ok becos at least it's not an awful year =]

New Year Resolutions :
-Get alot alot better results ><
-Be a better person =D
-Achieve something even greater in singing x)
-Make more friends =]

Hello everyone.
Seriously, I PROMISE I'll complete the StarCruise Trip soon ><

Anyways,
Merry Christmas everyone !!!
Well yesterday was Christmas Eve,
So we went out =]
Actually we're supposed to go countdown,
But many ppl can't make it so yeah it was cancelled..
And then we went to Sunway in the morning instead and came back in the evening.

The ppl who went are Me, Leon, Fung Soon, Justin & Jia Meng.
Kei Yan & Ah Foong is supposed to come but they ffk last minute =.="

Anyways,
We just went there for ice skating and movie x)
It was fun =D
Alot fun-er than i expected.. =]

Anyways,
I didnt go anywhere at night =[
But Kai Yeh and mommy made lots of food and we had lots of ppl in our house so it's still fun xD
The food was awesome but we can't finish it cos it's too much = ="

So anyways,
After dinner i went upstairs and on9 =.="
And until 11 sumthin,
I saw Kei Yan & Vivian on9 and then we countdown in msn,
LOL.
Along with Shin Mei, Wei Hsiang & Kuan Haur.
After the countdown,
Kei Yan told everyone to say out their Christmas Wish xD
It was damn funny and fun at the same time xP!!

And it's Christmas today.
But sadly,
I stayed at home the whole day =(
This Christmas is a really lonely one for me ><
But anyways,
I hope we can go yum cha tonight lah xD

It's been postponed so yeah..
But I'm sure it's still gonna be damn fun =D

Hello everyone! =D
I'm back from StarCruise.
It was reallyyy fun,
I didn't even wanna come back =X
LOL.
It was an amazing trip and a great experience as well =D
Anyways,
I'll start to write about the trip now =]

1st Day (21/12/2008)

Woke up at 9 and quickly bathed and got ready and checked everything for the last time.
And we started our journey to Port Klang on 10.20 =D

On the way goin there,

I'm already damnn excited xD

So after 45 minutes or more,
We reached Port Klang! =D
So we waved bye bye to daddy and we went in..
So we met up with Kai Yeh, Aunty Angel, Ku jie & her husband Uncle John~
There are 8 of us.

Me, Mommy, 4th Aunt (Sei Yi), Cousin, Kai Yeh, Aunty Angel, Ku Jie & Uncle John.
When we went in the Port,
It was FILLED with ppl.
I was like,
“Oh shit, please tell me I don’t have to line up like this.”

The line was exaggerating-ly long.

The super crowded port =.="

The shop that sells junk food which is EXTREMELY expensive.
LOL.

So basicly,

There're 4 beds in our cabin =D

So after we went in to the ship, We went to our cabin and put down our luggage first.
Suddenly,
They made an announcement.
“Mr Ngo Su Kim, please proceed to the lobby counter NOW.”

They were looking for my Kai Yeh and nobody knows what’s happening.
So anyways,
We put our luggage in our cabins and then headed to the lobby.
After awhile,
Kai Yeh came back and said he’s having problems with the immigration thingy.
And he has to go down NOW.
He can’t join our trip =[
Everyone was shocked.
So he told Aunty Angel to arrange everything for us,
Then he went down =(

So Aunty Angel lead us and bring us to explore around the ship and then look for food xP
She brought us to the 2nd highest floor which is the deck.
There’s a barbeque buffet there to welcome us on board.
We looked around but we didn’t really liked the food.
So we went down to the lobby and check ou the other 2 restaurants.

There are 3 restaurants that we can have our meal,
Four Seasons, Ocean Palace & The Mariners.
Four Seasons is the Western Restaurant.The way you order is,
Appetizer, Soup, Main Course & Dessert.
Ocean Palace is the Chinese Restaurant.
They have different menus everyday.
And you don’t have to order or anything.
You just go in and sit there and wait for your food to come.

The Mariners is the buffet restaurant.
I’m sure you don’t need me to explain how a buffet restaurants works xP

Anyways,

After that,

We went down and check on the Chinese Restaurant.

At first we wanna have our lunch there.

But it’s PACKED with ppl and we have to wait for another half an hour more.

So we decided to go to the Western Restaurant.

The food was great.

And the best thing of all,

You don’t have to pay a penny for it xD
These 3 restaurants are the only 3 that you don’t have to pay for.

There are 2 more restaurants which you have to pay.

Blue Lagoon & Dai Pan.

We didn’t even went to see their menu and everything since it’s not free =X

Anyways,

After our meal,

We went to the Galaxy Of Stars,

One of the 2 lounges there.
We just went there to sit and relax for awhile.

We went up to the deck.

Cos there are some performance to welcome us on board.

They also have other stuffs like fruit carving there which is really nice =D

Camwhore time xD!!

So after we spent our time on the deck,

We went back to our cabin and rest.
And then get ready for dinner.
We went to The Mariners.
Cos they’re serving Mexican Food that night.
While Four Seasons is serving Italian Food.
Ku Jie and Uncle John didn’t like Italian Food so they chose Mexican Food.
So we all went up to the 9th floor and had Mexican Food.
The food was not bad,
Everyone loved the Nachos but I don’t like it cos it’s not my style.
Anyways,
That night,
The ship was shaking.
It was kinda shaky.
No1 was dizzy or fainted but they were talking about it and some were complaining bout it lah.
But I’m ok with it and I think that it’s damn shiok cos it’s kinda fun xD

Anyways,
After our meal,
We went down to the Galaxy Of Stars.
They were having some game show thingy.
They digged 8 guys from the audience.

And then the host said,
“Okay, the 8 of you are gonna do belly dance. The best dancer gets a medal.”

LOL.
The guys were like,

“WTF?!?!”

LOL.
Few of them were shy and only moved abit.
But most of them were actually putting effort in it and everyone was cheering and getting high.
Everyone had a fun time =D

So after the whole game show thing,
We went to The Mariners again for Supper.
Because The Mariners is the only restaurant who provides afternoon tea and supper = =”

Anyways,
It was still quite shaky.
I think it’s because of the rough sea plus it’s raining.
But anyways,
Most of us wasn’t bothered.

Anyways,
After supper,
We went back to our cabin and sleep i guess.
I know,
That’s gonna make me gain weight and all =.=”
And that’s the end of the day =D

2nd Day (22/12/2008)

Early morning,

When we wake up,

We've already arrived at Phuket, Thailand =D

We woke up at 8 to bath and get dressed cos we're going for breakfast.

And the breakfast is only until 9.30 so yeah.

We went up to the lobby at 8.30 and went to Four Seasons,

The Western Restaurant.

The breakfast menu for everyday is same there.
And since it's a Western Restaurant,

The breakfast are all Western-style breakfast too =D
Like HotDogs, Hams, Beef Bacon, Omelettes, Scrambles Eggs, Half Boiled Egg, Baked Tomatoes, Breads & Coffee/Tea.

I actually loved the breakfast alot there,

Extremely gooood =]

Anyways,
After our breakfast,

We were told that people who wanna go down Phuket to have a walk has to gather at Galaxy Of Stars.
So went there and waited.

After that someone told all of us to go down and we're going out of the ship 1 by 1.

The convenient thing about Phuket is,

If you wanna go down on land,

You just have to go through the counter and swap your excess card,

The Thailand Immigration thingy came up and did things easier for us.

So we don't have to bring our passport down and go through the whole immigration thing again.

So anyways,
We went down to Patong Beach =D

The long way we have to walk from the ferry to the beach =.=" The bridge look-alike thingy =X

When we've reached Patong Beach,
We went to find the van guy who's supppose to fetch us go around the city.
So we found him and asked him to bring us to lunch x)

At first we asked him how long does it takes to reach,

He said,
"10 minutes only"

So we've waited and waited.

45 minutes later.
We asked again,
"Eyh i thought you said 10 minutes ?!?!"

He replied....
"10 minutes more"

And we're like,

"LOL, 10 minutes and 10 minutes."

Then Ku Jie said,
"Becos their time is 1 hour later than us, so it should be 1 hour and 10 minutes lah xD"

LOL.

In the end,

The journey continued for another 15-20 minutes =.="

LoL.

So anways,

We've reached the restaurant.
The environment is great,

But no one seems to be having their lunch there so i feel a little weird about that =.="

The food was so-so.
I wish i was back in the cruise eating the food there =.="

LOL.

So anyways,

After our meal,
We headed to Wang Talang,

A huge place which sells jewelry.

Oh and there are people making the jewelries there also so it's for you to visit and see.

So after the place where they make it,

It's the place that SELLS the jewelries.

It's incredibly HUGE and it's scary =.="

There're LOTS of promoters staring at you and asks if you're interested = ="
So after the jewelry part,

It's the part where it sells those buddha stuffs.

My Ku Jie & her husband bought some stuffs there,
My mom bought LOTS of stuffs there.

I think she spent more than RM200 =.="

Anyways,

While waiting for mommy,

I went to the next place which has FREE drinks !!!
LOL.

They have soft drinks, ice lemon tea and more.

So after the drink,

We went back to the van~

And we headed to a shopping complex which is near to Patong Beach so it's easier when we wanna go back.
